this is the most amazing stuff ever. i stumbled upon it a few months ago while looking for coconut milk at dominion. just heat and eat. what is better than ready to eat indian food? there might be a few things, but i cant think of them at the moment. i have been in love with indian food for a long time. the buffet at the india gate? words cannot describe how happy it makes my belly. ive also been making a coconut curry pasta for several years with varying types of noodles, chicken or shrimp, raisins and vegetables. i dont usually buy ready to eat or instant food. so why this one?
